The following services are FREE of charge when you book with YCG Travel:

• Initial consult/trip vision planning meeting

  Meet with Natalie to sketch out a preliminary vision for your trip and discuss all necessary considerations

• One follow-up/pre-booking meeting

  Natalie will email a pre-booking document with proposed trip details prior to the meeting. Bring questions and changes to this meeting  to make any alterations prior to booking

• One pre-trip presentation meeting

  After bookings are made, meet with Natalie prior to your trip to confirm all bookings and payments

• Commissionable lodging booking

  Bookings for any hotel or other lodging which is commissionable (Natalie will let you know when hotels are/are not commissionable)

• Commissionable activity/tour bookings

  Bookings for any activities which are commissionable. The client determines preferred activities and dates

• VIP Perks when you book your stay with preferred hotel partners

  Natalie’s access to preferred partners can get you early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, breakfast, and other perks that will take your stay to the next level
